The First 24 hrs.......

We'll I've been here for 24 hours now. Truly more like 35. It seems like eternity already. I was so homesick within the first 2 hours I was here. It was ridiculous. I have decided that I am a homebody. Some people are happy to be away from their loved ones I on the other hand am not! I want to be home, with my husband, my cats, my family, my friends. Today was a little better than yesterday but still it's a little rough. The days are soooo long. They fill your brain so full that you feel you might fall over from all the crap thats in there. This companys training is a lot different from my previous one. Since I am a total creature of habit I am having trouble adjusting!! Oh well tomorrow is a new day isn't? Some exciting news is that Katie and Bronson are finding out tomorrow whether they are having a boy or girl. They are totally set that they are having a boy. I'll swing the other way for the girl vote! I'll post tomorrow night once I find out the news! Send some good energy my way! I'm needing it. Wish I could all have you here with me. It would be so much easier. Good night from New Jersey........

Tomorrow morning at 6 a.m. I am flying off to New Jersey for 3 weeks! Yes, 3 WEEKS! I am really dreading the trip and the dreaded training that will go along with it. But, I have to be positive right???? The highlight of my upcoming week is that my wonderful college buddy Renee is flying in to see me and spend the weekend in New York with me. Friday night we are seeing Wicked on Broadway!!! This will make my 5th time but first ever on Broadway. She's nuts about Wicked too but has never seen it! So I'm so happy I get to sit right next to her during her first time seeing it. The next weekend my Ry is coming and well spend the weekend in the Big Apple. Hopefully the weather will be nice. We'll send me well wishes and warm fuzzies while I'm gone. Hopefully I still get to post throughout the week if my computer will allow. Until then I bid you farewell........

Valentines Party

Last night we all went to a Valentines party. We danced once! The music wasn't really our era. But the highlight of the night was watching the other couples dance. Boy, they knew how to cut a rug. It was pretty entertaining!

I made this pop up card for Ryan for Valentines Day. It is hilarious but it was really fun to make. It took a couple of rough drafts before I got it totally right.

I was searching through recipes and found Chicken Pot Pie. I thought wow that looks hard. But I tried it anyway. It turned out to the best pot pie we have ever had!!! Ryan told me to take a picture and post it. Here it is......

The Grammy Party

We had everyone over to watch the Grammy's and the Beach Wedding show. The party picked up when Tina Turner and Beyonce came on stage. We had a huge dance party here are the hightlights.

HE IS HOME!!!

I just had to post this right now!!!

Tonight Ryan and I went to his great aunt's 93rd Birthday. We came home and Ryan said "Shh... do you hear that?" I said "WHAT!!" He went outside and there in our humane trap we had caught Litttle Kitty. HE CAME HOME!!!!! I'm so thankful. I thanked GOD so many times. My family is complete again. By God's grace he came home. I can't even begin to describe how thankful and amazed I am. I had told people that by now I had given up. He has come home so skinny and hungry. But he is getting all the food and loving he can possibly stand. Thank you so much for all of your kind words and prayers. My family is finally complete again. I will sleep a full night for the first time in 2 weeks tonight. God is sooooo good. Good night.........

Wedding Show on WE

Hello all. First, thank you so much for all of your wonderful comments. No, he has not come home. I am heartbroken to say the least.

Second, the wedding we went to in September in California will be aired the WE channel on Sunday February 10 at 10:00 PM ET. It is called "Beach Weddings". I'm pretty sure that we will see Ryan and Nate on there a couple of times! The couples name is Jenna and Cam. Tune in!
