For Earth Day I made these cupcakes for my office. Chocolate for the earth and green buttercream for green grass I guess? This is the first time I have tried making buttercream. I am so sorry I did. It is the best recipe I have ever tasted for this frosting. Attached to all of the cupcakes are Earth Day facts.

LOVE this idea, being the green girl that I am! You must have put hours into this finding facts and printing them! Great job! I am officially a buttercream snob. It has been years since I have purchased a tub of icing in a store. I refuse because homemade is just too good!
