Peanut Butter Cupcakes....

I made a new cupcake recipe yesterday. It was a success! Organic Peanut Butter cupcakes (with chocolate chips & heath bar chips inside) and chocolate frosting. They are definetly a keeper! I also made chocolate kringles. There is a bakery in Paducah that always makes them and I found the recipe online. They turned out so-so.

Here are the cupcakes cooling. They cooked up a lot like peanut butter cookies do.
